This courses lasts two full days, with each day starting at 9.30am until 5.00pm. This 'Develop Team Leaders through Capability Development and Coaching' training course will help you to achieve more, along with helping you to build confidence and overall become more personally effective as leaders, thereby becoming a great contributor to your company.


The course is three days and during that time a range of concepts are introduced presenting a variety of skills and techniques that will challenge you to think differently about how you coach team leaders. You will learn techniques to facilitate learning opportunities of team leaders You will leave feeling motivated, more confident and with a plan of attack that you can start to work on immediately as part of your day to day role.
