This courses lasts two full days, with each day starting at 9.30am until 5.00pm. This 'Cultivate Workplace Relationship' training course will help you to achieve more, along with helping you to build confidence and overall become more personally effective as leaders, thereby becoming a great contributor to your company.


The course is two days and during that time a range of concepts are introduced presenting a variety of skills and techniques that help you overcome the barriers to building good team relationships. You will learn techniques to identify sources of conflicts and manage conflicts. You will leave feeling motivated, more confident and with a plan of attack that you can start to work on immediately as part of your day to day role.
