This courses lasts two full days, with each day starting at 9.30am until 5.00pm. This 'Lead Team' training course will help you to achieve more, along with helping you to build confidence and overall become more personally effective as leaders, thereby becoming a great contributor to your company.

The course is three days and during that time a range of concepts are introduced presenting a variety of skills and techniques that will challenge you to think differently about how you can lead. You will learn techniques to communicate strategic priorities to stakeholders and ensure their support and buy-in. You will leave feeling motivated, more confident and with a plan of attack that you can start to work on immediately as part of your day to day role.
